Question 1

How much does house cleaning cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your home, and we mean that. Instead of a one-size-fits-all price chart, we quote every home personally based on what it actually needs: its size, how it's lived in, how often you'd like us and any extras. A large home that's well kept can cost less than you'd expect. Request a free quote and we'll get back to you with a fair price.

Question 2

Do you offer free estimates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every quote is free, with no obligation. Most homes can be quoted from a few details shared through our quote form, over the phone or by text.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No. Many clients give us a key, garage code or lockbox, so their home gets cleaned without them having to rearrange their day.

Question 4

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We bring quality name-brand products along with freshly laundered cloths and towels. If you have a preferred product for a specific surface, we're happy to use it.

Question 5

Do you reuse cleaning cloths between homes?

Accepted Answer

Never. Plenty of cleaning companies carry the same rags and towels from house to house. We start every single day with freshly laundered cloths, towels and materials, so nothing from someone else's home ends up in yours.

Question 6

Do you clean homes with pets?

Accepted Answer

All the time. Pet hair, paw prints and nose smudges on the glass are all part of the job. Just mention your pets when you request a quote so we can plan around them.

Question 7

Will I have the same cleaners each time?

Accepted Answer

We keep things personal. For recurring clients we do our best to keep familiar faces in your home, so they get to know your home and how you like things done.

Question 8

What's the difference between a regular and a deep clean?

Accepted Answer

A regular clean maintains a home that's already in good shape. A deep clean goes further, with baseboards, grout, door frames, vents, fixtures and the detail work that builds up over time. Most new clients start with a deep clean, then move to regular visits.

Question 9

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Master Cleaning Wizards is fully insured, and every team member is background-checked before they ever step into a client's home.

Question 10

What if I'm not happy with something?

Accepted Answer

We want you to love it. If anything isn't right, just let us know and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Question 11

Should I tip my cleaners?

Accepted Answer

Tipping is never expected, but it's always appreciated by the team if you feel they went above and beyond.

Question 12

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve North and Northeast Atlanta outside the perimeter: Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, Woodstock and Canton, plus Johns Creek, Duluth, Suwanee, Sugar Hill and Buford, and the communities in between. Not sure if you're in range? Call or text 770-526-3171.

Question 13

Do you clean businesses or offices?

Accepted Answer

We focus exclusively on homes. Residential cleaning is all we do, and we'd rather do it exceptionally well.
